Adriatic Frequencies is operated by [Legal name of the business], OIB [OIB], Pod Topol, 51521 Punat, Croatia. Contact: adriatic.frequencies@gmail.com, +385 91 390 4597. Tours are run by a licensed skipper on the speedboat Mila, departing from Punat on the island of Krk.
2. Booking
- A request sent through the website is not yet a confirmed booking. We check availability and the weather forecast and reply by e-mail, normally within 12 hours.
- The booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation e-mail. If we cannot run the tour on the requested date or time, we will suggest an alternative or decline the request.
- All tours are private: the boat is reserved for your group only. Maximum group size: [number] people, including children.
- Please give a phone number we can reach you on during your stay, so we can contact you about weather changes.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are per group, in euros, as shown on the website at the time of your request, including VAT where applicable. The per-person price is for guidance only.
- The price includes the skipper, fuel and the equipment listed on each tour page. Restaurant meals, drinks bought on shore and entrance fees are not included unless stated.
- No payment is taken online. Payment is made [on the day of the tour, in cash or by card / as stated in the confirmation e-mail].
4. Cancellation by you
- You can cancel free of charge up to [48] hours before departure by e-mail or phone.
- For later cancellations or no-shows, [describe the fee, e.g. 50% of the tour price].
5. Weather, safety and changes by us
- Your safety comes first. The skipper decides whether conditions (wind, waves, storms, bura) allow the tour to go ahead safely, and may shorten, change or cancel the route at any time, also during the tour.
- If we cancel because of weather or for safety or technical reasons, you can choose another date or receive a full refund of anything you have paid. We are not liable for other costs, such as travel or accommodation.
- Routes and stops shown on the website are typical examples. The actual route depends on the sea, wind, your wishes and the skipper’s judgement.
- Departure times are fixed. If your group arrives late, the tour may be shortened accordingly without a price reduction.
6. On board
- All guests must follow the skipper’s instructions. The skipper may end the tour without refund if a guest’s behaviour endangers the safety of anyone on board.
- Life jackets are on board for all guests, including children. Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.
- Swimming, snorkelling and diving from the boat are at your own risk and only at stops chosen by the skipper.
- Moderate drinking is allowed; guests who are visibly intoxicated may be refused boarding.
- Please tell us in advance about any health conditions, pregnancy or reduced mobility that the skipper should know about.
7. Liability
We hold the insurance required for passenger transport in Croatia. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries caused by guests ignoring the skipper’s instructions, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Croatian and EU law.
8. Complaints
If something is not right, please tell the skipper on the day or write to adriatic.frequencies@gmail.com. We reply to written complaints within 15 days, as required by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
9. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are settled by the competent court in Croatia, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
